The short version

• We never store your photos. Your photo is resized on your device, sent to our server, analyzed in memory by an AI model, and discarded once the result is ready.
• We keep your results: scores, short notes, tips, and a tiny blurred thumbnail (about 120 by 150 pixels) created on your device so your history is recognizable to you.
• To return the same result for the same photo, we keep a one-way fingerprint (hash) of the photo file. It cannot be turned back into the photo.
• You can delete one scan or all of your scans at any time from your dashboard, and a free scan from its result page ("Delete my result"). Deleting never needs an active plan, and it also removes the cached result for those photos. If you can no longer log in, email us and we will delete everything.
• TrueFaceScore is for adults only. If a person in a photo appears to be under 18, we do not rate the photo and save nothing.

What we store

Your account email and a hashed password; your quiz answers; your scan results as described above; a random visitor ID cookie so free scans can be limited and claimed after signup; daily usage counters (including a hashed network identifier, deleted after 3 days, that stops abuse of free scans); your approximate country (from our CDN) and how you found us (for example a campaign link).

Payments and email

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We send account emails (sign-in links, trial and billing notices) and, while your plan is active, a weekly "time to rescan" reminder that you can turn off from the account menu or the link in the email.

AI processing

Photos are sent to an AI model provider (via OpenRouter) only to produce your result. We do not use your photos to train models. We do not sell your data.

What we never do

• Rate or infer race, ethnicity, religion or body weight.
• Build face recognition templates or identify people.
• Share your results publicly. Share cards are only created when you download them.
