Face apps should be careful with faces. Here's exactly what happens to yours.
- Your photo is never stored. It's resized on your phone, analyzed in memory, then discarded.
- We keep only your results: scores, notes, tips and a tiny blurred thumbnail made on your device, so your history makes sense.
- Delete everything in one tap from your account menu.
- Adults only. If someone looks under 18, we don't rate the photo at all.
FAQ
Questions, answered
How accurate is the face score?
It's an AI estimate of how people generally perceive facial features, based on what's visible in your photo: structure, proportions, symmetry, skin and grooming. It's calibrated so most people land between 4.5 and 6.5. Treat it as an honest, consistent second opinion, not a verdict on your worth.
Will I get the same score if I upload the same photo again?
Yes. Every photo gets a fingerprint, and the same photo always returns the same result. A different photo (new light, new angle) can score a bit differently, which is exactly why lighting and angle tips are part of your report.
Why is my score lower than in other apps?
Many apps inflate scores so everyone feels like an 8. We don't. A calibrated score is less exciting on day one, but it's the only kind that can show real progress.
Do you store my photo?
No. Your photo is resized on your device, sent for analysis, and discarded right after. We keep your scores, notes, tips and a tiny blurred thumbnail made on your device. You can delete all of it anytime.
What does "potential" mean?
Your potential is the score we think you can realistically reach in 3 to 6 months with non-surgical changes like a better haircut, skincare, grooming, brows, glasses, posture and better photos. We never suggest surgery or injectables.
Is it free?
Your overall face score and your strongest feature are free (2 scans a day). The full report, potential plan, all feature scores, Rate my pic, Skin score, share cards and progress tracking come with a 7-day free trial, then $9/week. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Why was my photo refused?
We only rate one clearly visible adult face. If we can't find a face, see more than one person, or the person looks under 18, we don't score the photo. Refused photos never use up a free scan.
Is the skin score medical advice?
No. Skin score is a cosmetic read of what's visible in a photo, with a simple routine of everyday product types. For anything persistent or painful, see a dermatologist.
Who is TrueFaceScore for?
Adults (18+) who want an honest read on their looks and a practical plan to look their best in person and in photos.
Can I make rating cards for my videos?
Yes. With the full plan, the rating card maker scores any image you have the rights to post and turns it into a clean 9:16 card. Adults only, and we never identify who is in the image.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from "Manage subscription" in your account menu. Cancel during your free week and you are not charged. After that you keep access until the end of the week you paid for.
